Fateh, Hamas, PFLP, DFLP, Jihad Islami – these are some of the names of guerrilla movements that have dominated the Palestinian political scene.The modern Palestinian liberation movement began with various PLO factions; en route, it picked up Islamic anti-occupation movements.
